Westbuild PRO™ Flexible Additive Fortifier & Primer can be mixed neat with cement and used as a bonding agent for improving adhesion.

Westbuild PRO™ Flexible Additive Fortifier & Primer can also be used as a general primer for most masonry and friable surfaces that require consolidation prior to overcoating.
