Refund & Returns Policy

  1. The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of goods from the Seller to the Buyer, and the purchase of those goods by the Buyer.
  2. The “Seller” means Gia’s Bathrooms and Tiles Pty Ltd.
  3. The “Buyer” means the person, persons, or business named on the tax invoice.
  4. These terms and conditions take precedence over any other terms and conditions that may be issued by the Buyer to the Seller or purported to apply to this contract for the sale of goods.
  5. The Buyer takes full responsibility for the selection of goods and the Seller provides no warranty and makes no representation as to the suitability of the goods for the Buyer’s intended purpose.
  6. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller warrants that the goods are of merchantable quality at the point of sale.

7.    Not all goods are supplied with a warranty. Where a warranty applies, it is strictly limited to the manufacturer’s warranty. Details of any applicable manufacturer’s warranty are available from the manufacturer and may also be provided by the Seller upon request.

  1. Unless specified otherwise by the Seller in its invoice, the Buyer shall collect the goods from the Seller’s warehouse within 7 days of purchase where the goods are stocked items, or within 7 days after the Seller has notified the Buyer that the goods are available for collection where the goods have been specially ordered from a supplier.
  2. Where the Seller agrees to deliver the goods to an address nominated by the Buyer, the Buyer shall be responsible for accepting the goods from the Seller’s delivery vehicle at the nominated address. If no person is available to accept delivery at the scheduled delivery time, a redelivery fee may apply.
  3. The Seller accepts no liability for goods and/or property damaged during delivery.
  4. The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods and assessing that they are not damaged or defective prior to installation.
  5. The Seller has no obligation to accept returned goods unless they are defective and returned in their original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  6. The Seller will not accept returned goods that have been installed in whole or in part.
  7. Made-to-order items and glass products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • ADP Vanities
  • Decina Spa Baths
  • Mirrors
  • Shower Screens

14. The Seller may, in its sole discretion, accept returned goods provided the goods are undamaged and returned in their original packaging.

15. Where returned goods are accepted by the Seller, a restocking fee may apply.

16. All return shipping and transport costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Returned goods must be returned to the Seller’s address by the Buyer or via a courier arranged and paid for by the Buyer.

17. Refunds will only be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected by the Seller. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

18. Where applicable, any approved refund will be issued only to the original payment method and cannot be transferred to a different card, account, or payment method.

19. The Buyer takes full responsibility for installation of the goods and for following the manufacturer’s instructions for installation, care, and cleaning.

20. The Seller accepts no liability for damage to the goods caused by the use of cleaning products not expressly approved by the manufacturer, or by any misuse of the product.

21. Ownership of the goods passes from the Seller to the Buyer only once payment for the goods has been received in full, as set out in the tax invoice.

Delivery Policy

1.    Gia’s Bathrooms & Tiles offers delivery at an additional cost, with available delivery and courier options presented at checkout for the Buyer to select. Pick-up from specified location(s) may also be available at no additional cost.

  1. Free shipping is available for tile sample packs of 5.
  2. Gia’s Bathrooms & Tiles can deliver products purchased both online and in-store.
  3. Gia’s Bathrooms & Tiles does not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
  4. Gia’s Bathrooms & Tiles reserves the right to refuse delivery to locations considered unsafe, inaccessible, or unreasonable for delivery drivers.
  5. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, item size, and delivery location.
  6. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, supplier lead times, and delivery location. The Buyer will be notified of any significant delay and provided with available options.

  2. Bank transfer payments are available upon request.
