Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Gia’s Bathrooms and Tiles PTY Ltd (“Gia’s Bathrooms & Tiles”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

Promotion terms

1.  
The Spring, Finished in Gold
Promotion is offered by Gia's Bathrooms & Tiles (Gia's, we, us or our).

2.  
The promotion commences at 10:00
am AWST on 9 September 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm AWST on 9 October 2026
(Promotional Period), unless extended, amended, suspended or ended earlier in
accordance with these terms.

3.  
During the Promotional Period,
customers can receive: (a) 30% off the combined recommended retail price of
selected MIXX Tapware bundles included in this promotion; and (b) 20% off other
eligible MIXX Tapware products.

4.  
The promotional bundles are
available for purchase online only through the Gia's Bathrooms & Tiles
website. The 20% discount on other eligible MIXX products is available online
and in store during the Promotional Period.

5.  
The 30% bundle discount applies
only when all products are purchased together as the applicable promotional
bundle. Individual products from a bundle are not eligible for the 30% discount
when purchased separately.

6.  
Products included in a
promotional bundle are not eligible for the additional 20% MIXX discount.
Promotional discounts cannot be used with another discount code, trade pricing,
promotional offer or negotiated price unless Gia's expressly states otherwise.

7.  
All promotional prices are in
Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery, freight or collection charges are
not included unless expressly stated. Any applicable charge will be displayed
or advised before the order is completed.

8.  
Full payment is required at
checkout for online orders. An online order is not confirmed until payment has
been successfully processed and Gia's has issued an order confirmation.
In-store purchases must be paid for using the payment methods accepted at the
showroom.

9.  
Promotional products and
bundles are available while stocks last. Adding a product to an online cart
does not reserve stock.

10.    
Gia's may amend, extend,
suspend or end the promotion early where reasonably necessary, including
because of stock limitations, supplier changes, technical issues or
circumstances outside our reasonable control. A change will apply prospectively
and will not affect an order already accepted and confirmed by Gia's, except
where there has been a genuine pricing, product-description, stock or technical
error.

11.    
If a product within a bundle
becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Gia's will contact the customer
to discuss an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may
include waiting for stock, accepting an agreed substitute or receiving a refund
for the affected order.

12.    
Change-of-mind returns for
promotional purchases are subject to Gia's Bathrooms & Tiles' Refund
Policy. For a bundle change-of-mind return, the complete bundle must be
returned with all components included, unused, uninstalled and in their
original packaging. Individual bundle components cannot be returned for a
partial change-of-mind refund.

13.    
Nothing in these terms
excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy
available under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged,
incorrectly described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, the
customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy
depending on the circumstances.

14.    
Customers are responsible for
checking product dimensions, specifications, compatibility and installation
requirements before purchasing. Products should be installed by an
appropriately qualified tradesperson where required.

15.    
To the extent of any
inconsistency between these promotional terms and Gia's standard website terms
or policies, these promotional terms apply only in relation to this promotion.
All other aspects of an order remain subject to Gia's standard terms, shipping
policy and refund policy.

16.    
Gia's may cancel an order
affected by a genuine pricing, website, product-description or system error. If
payment has already been taken, the customer will be contacted and provided
with a full refund unless the customer agrees to an available alternative.

17.    
MIXX product names and trade
marks belong to their respective owner. Gia's Bathrooms & Tiles is the
retailer and promoter responsible for this offer.
